Einleitung

Die Diagnosestellung eines atrioventrikulären Septumdefekts (AVSD) erfolgt in der Regel post-partum. Unser Fallbericht beschreibt eine sehr seltene späte adulte Diagnose eines AVSD, welcher als Zufallsbefund im Rahmen einer computertomografischen Angiografie (CTA) zur präoperativen Abklärung vor operativer Sanierung eines Mitralklappenvitiums diagnostiziert wurde.
