Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugate - Überlebensvorteile beim TNBC und HER2-low MBC

Zusammenfassung

Antikörper-Wirkstoff-Konjugate (ADCs) setzen ihren Vormarsch in frühere Therapielinien bis hin zum Einsatze in der Erstlinientherapie des fortgeschrittenen triple-negativen Mammakarzinoms (TNBC) fort. Die auf dem ESMO 2025 vorgestellten Studien bestätigen für ADCs gegen TROP2 signifikante Überlebensvorteile, insbesondere beim metastasierten TNBC (mTBNC), die keine Option für Immuntherapie haben. Noch unklar ist, welche ADC-Sequenz Vorteile beim MBC bringt.
