Wenn nachlaufender Aszites Ihren Patienten und Sie trotz allen guten Willens zur Verzweiflung bringt, dann kann eine getunnelte Aszitesdrainage die entscheidende Maßnahme zur Entspannung sein. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt detailliert das Vorgehen bei der Anlage eines permanenten Katheters mit Hauttunnel.
