Neurocutaneous Syndrome with Excessive Macrohydrocephalus – (Sturge-Weber/klippel-Trenaunay Syndrome)

Abstract

2.5 years of follow-up of a boy with progressive macrohydrocephalus possibly as a consequence of an intracranial vascular malformation. There are prominent features of a Sturge-Weber as well as a Klippel-Trenaunay-syndrome.

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über einen jetzt 2œ Jahre alten Jungen, der Symptome sowohl des Sturge-Weber- als auch des Klippel-Trenaunay-Syndroms zeigt und einen progredienten Hydrozephalus entwickelte. Als Ursache des Hydrozephalus konnte durch Zisternographie und Computertomographi eine Liquorresorptionsstörung auf dem Boden einer intrakraniellen Gefäßfehlbildung wahrscheinlich gemacht werden.
