Abstract
Tetravalent tumor-associated peptide and glycopeptide antigens
representing partial sequences of the tandem repeat of mucin MUC4
and carrying the tumor-associated Tn saccharide side chain were
synthesized on a di-lysyl-lysine core linked to the solid phase.
The methodology was extended to the synthesis of an octameric tandem
repeat glycopeptide of the particularly relevant tumor-associated
mucin MUC1.
