Lernziele
Leser unseres Beitrages sollen verschiedene Anwendungen und Formen internetbasierter Interventionsansätze unterscheiden, Vorteile, Risiken und Herausforderungen benennen und die aktuelle empirische Evidenz für internetbasierte Psychotherapien insbesondere bei Angststörungen und Depressionen einschätzen können. Nach Durcharbeiten des Artikels ist das Konzept von „minimal contact”- bzw. „guided self-help”-Therapien, auf die schwerpunktmäßig eingegangen wird, bekannt. Welche Bedeutung dem therapeutischen Kontakt und der therapeutischen Beziehung in internetbasierten Therapien zukommt, soll fundiert diskutiert werden können.
