Summary
A case of aneurysm of the distal portion of the middle cerebellar artery is described. The aneurysm was clipped and, as the neck was long, removed. The case is of interest not only because of its rarity but also because of the unusual course of the symptoms, the difficulty of identifying and locating the malformation, overcome with the aid of modern radiological techniques, and because of the success of surgical treatment.

Es wird ein Fall von einem Aneurysma des distalen Anteils der A. cerebelli media beschrieben. Das Aneurysma wurde geklipt und da der Arterienhals lang war, entfernt. Der Fall ist nicht nur wegen seiner Seltenheit interessant, sondern auch wegen des ungewöhnlichen Verlaufs, der Symptomatik, der Schwierigkeit des Nachweises und der Lokalisation der Mißbildung, der Abklärung mit Hilfe moderner radiologischer Techniken und wegen des Erfolgs der chirurgischen Behandlung.
Résumé
Description d'un cas d'anévrysme de la portion distale de l'artère cérébelleuse moyenne. L'anévrysme a été clippé et, à la faveur de la longeur de son collet, enlevé. Ce cas présente de l'intérêt non seulement en raison de sa rareté, mais aussi à cause de son évolution inhabituelle, de la difficulté à identifier et à localiser la malformation, d'en avoir eu la clef par les moyens radiologiques modernes et enfin en raison du succès du traitement chirurgical.
