Zusammenfassung
Es werden unter Berücksichtigung der tierexperimentellen und klinischen Erfahrungen
der letzten Jahrzehnte die Vor- und Nachteile der Plastik mit frischem, autologem
Rippenknorpel (Diced Cartilage nach Peer) anhand von 30 operierten Patienten dargelegt. Die Methode wird mit der Akrylplastik
(Technik nach Woringer mit Autopolymerisaten) verglichen, und es werden die Indikationen abgegrenzt.
Summary
The advantages and disadvantages of closure of skull defects with fresh, autologous
costal cartilage (Diced Cartilage: Peer) are set forth, in the light of animal experiment and clinical experience with thirty
patients so treated in the last decade. The method is compared with acrylic cranioplasty
(Woringer technique with self-curing plastic) and the indications are defined.

fraîcche de cartilage costal
Partant des expériences animales ou cliniques des dernières décennies portant sur
les avantages et les inconvénients des homogreffes avec cartilage du gril costal (selon
Peer), les auteurs apportent leur contribution avec 30 cas. La méthode est comparée
à celle utilisant la résine acrylique (technique selon Woringer avec des substances
autopolymérisantes). Les indications en sont délimitées.
