Summary

We have reported a case of intramedullary lipoma of the spinal cord treated by subtotal excision. Relevant literature has been reviewed, and the problems of treatment discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über einen Fall eines intramedullären Lipoms des Rückenmarks berichtet, das mit subtotaler Resektion behandelt wurde. Die entsprechende Literatur wurde betrachtet und die Probleme der Behandlung besprochen.
