Es wird über ein posttraumatisch rupturiertes intrazerebrales Epidermoid berichtet, das anamnestisch, klinisch-neurologisch und neuroradiologisch das Bild eines akuten Subduralhämatoms vortäuschte.

Summary

A post-traumatic rupture of an intracerebral epidermoid is reported. In the history, clinical neurological and neuro- radiological aspects it simulated an acute subdural haematoma.

Il est rapporté un cas de kyste épidermoïde intracérébral rupturé qui tant par l'anamnèse que par les tableaux clinique neurologique et neuroradiologique simulait un hématome sousdural.

Se describe un epidermoide intracerebral que se rupturo debido a un traumatismo y en la anamnesis, asi como en el cuadro clinico, neurologico y neuroradiologico, hizo creer en la existencia de un hematoma subdural agudo.
