Abstract
A nasal spray delivering mg quantities of LRH per spray has been applied to male and female volunteers. Radioimmunoassayable plasma LH and FSH were recorded before and at different time intervals following intranasally sprayed LRH. In males a dose dependent LH release occurred over the range of 0.5-2.0 mg LRH. FSH release was not apparent. In females both LH and FSH release could be observed.
