The radioimmunoassay for rat GH may be improved and the time required for its completion
shortened by adding the labeled GH 6 hr after onset of a 24 hr incubation period at
37°C. Several features are also described which decrease the time spent on a given
assay, and results are shown which validate the shortening procedures.
