Zusammenfassung

In einer kontrollierten Studie an 40 schizophrenen Patienten im Cross-over-Verfahren gegen Neostigmin, zeigt sich, daß Physostigmin nach akuter intravenöser Applikation keine “antischizophrene”, wohl aber eine depressiogene Wirkung hat.

Summary

In a controlled study with forty schizophrenics, using the cross-over-method against neostigmine, it is shown up, that on acute intravenous application physostigmine has no “antischizophrenic” but a depressiogenic effect.
