Zusammenfassung

Es wird über die spontane Lyse einer Pulmonalarterienembolie unter Pulmonalangiographie berichtet. Anhand des Falles wird besonders auf Symptomatik, Diagnose und Therapie der lebensbedrohlichen pulmonalen Embolie eingegangen. Auf die Problematik der Operationsindikation bei Diskrepanz zwischen Symptomatik und Angiographiebefund wird hingewiesen.

Summary

A case of spontaneous lysis of pulmonary embolism during pulmonary arteriography is reported. Moreover diagnostical and therapeutical problems are discussed, especially with regard to operative intervention in cases of discrepancy between symptoms and angiographical findings.
