Abstract

Three C–glycoflavones are isolated from G. pneumonanthe L.: Isocoparine, Isoscoparine–Z–O–glucoside and Saponarine. These compounds are new for this species and up to now are reported only species of the genus Gentiana (G. pyrenaica.) Thus they are of particular chemotaxonomic interest.
