Résumé

Le contenu alcaloïdique des écorces de tronc et des feuilles de l'Enantia polycarpa, Annonacées, a été étudié et comparé à celui d'autres Enantia. Les principaux alcaloïdes sont des protoberbérines, des tétrabydroprotoberbérines et des aporpbinoïdes (aporphines quaternaires, aporphines, nor-aporphines, oxo-aporpbines). Une isoquinolone, la corydaldine, a été isolée, ainsi qu'un alcaloïde nouveau, la polycarpine.

Abstract

The alkaloidal content of the barks and leaves of Enantia polycarpa, Annonaceae, has been studied and compared to that of other Enantia. Main alkaloids are protoberbérines, tetrahydroprotoberberines and aporphinoids (quaternary aporphines, aporphines, nor–aporphines, oxo–aporpbines). An isoquinolone, corydaldine, and a new alkaloid, polycarpine, have been isolated.
