Abstract
A basic chloroform extract has been isolated from Ambrosia artemisiifolia L. (Compositae) collected during the flowering period in the Medicinal Plants Garden of the Medical Academy in Gdansk, Poland. One of the compounds of this extract have been identified as the sesquiterpene dilactone Psilostachyin B belonging to the group of seco–ambrosanolides.
