Abstract

Compositions of some Piedmontese oils from Artemisia vulgar is L. are reported. These samples differs considerably from each other in quantitative and qualitative composition, at least for a certain number of compounds: particularly in some samples was found a monoterpene compound, described as vulgarole, identified as 2–endo-acetoxy, 3–exo-oxy-bornane, never isolated before from natural products.
