Abstract

Identification of micro quantities of crinidine, vittatine, crinamine, powelline, hippacine, lycorine and B II of Crinum bulbisper mu m Milne by microcrystal-lisation and colour tests is described. In addition the eutectic m.p. of these alkaloids with each of salophen and dicyandiamide are given.
