Résumé

On étudie l'influence des conditions de récolte et préparation de la racine de Centranthus ruber D. C, en relation avec la teneur en valepotriates. h'action sédative de ses teintures et la variation de son activité au passage du temps, sont déterminées.

Abstract

The influence of the collection and preparation conditions of the Centranthus ruber D.C. root is studied, in regards to its contents in valepotriates. The sedative action of its tinctures and the variation of its activity is determinated during the time.
