Abstract

Beside the main alkaloid d,-tetrandrine (I) five other alkaloids were isolated from the thai-drug Krung Kha Mao and identified as d,l-tetrandrine (III), iso-tetrandrine (IV), limacine (V), berbamine (VI) and homoaromoline (VII). This confirms the suspicion that Krung Kha Mao is not derived from Cissampelos pareira, but from Cyclea barbata Miers.

Zusammenfassung

Nach dem Hauptalkaloid d–Tetrandin werden fünf weitere Inhaltsstoffe aus Krung Kha Mao isoliert und auf Grund ihrer spektralen Daten und chemischen Reaktionen als d,l–Tetrandrin (III), Isotetrandrin (IV), Limacin (V), Berbamin (VI) und Homoaromolin (VII) identifiziert. Diese Befunde bestätigen den Verdacht, daß die Stammpflanze der Droge Krung Kha Mao nicht Gissampelos pareira, sondern Cyclea barbata Miers ist.
