Abstract
The authors were studied the sulfur-glycosides of the seeds of Fibigia eriocarpa D. C. (Cruciferae) by using different methods.
Only the sulfur-glycosides number 1, 4 and 5. were obtained in a pure form, others were separated but in low yield and doubtful purity. Three sulfur-glycosides were identified as glucoiberin, sinalbin and glucotropeolin by using m. p., mixed melting point, I. R., C, H. analysis and by comparison with the authentic samples on thin-layer and paper chromatography.
