Summary

Case-report on a 1.5×2 cm gastric ulcer in a patient with chronic sarcoidosis for 23 years which grossly looked primarily malignant but proved to be due to gastric involvement of the underlying disease in scopic biopsy. Epitheloid cell granulomata were especially prominent and dense at the ulcer border.
