Summary

A laparoscopic method is investigated which allows a directly inspection, biopsy and palpation of the body of the pancreas.

Zusammenfassung

Durch Elevation des linken Leberlappens wird der Korpus- und Schwanzanteil der Bauchspeicheldrüse dargestellt. In Rechtsseitenlage des Patienten kommt das Organ bei nicht zu adipösen Patienten zur Darstellung, bei 8 gezielten Punktionen und 6 Menghini-Biopsien haben sich keine Komplikationen gezeigt.
