Summary

Direct visualization of the inner anal orifice by means of coloscopic inversion in the ampulla recti eliminates one of the last “blind zones” in digestive endoscopy.

Zusammenfassung

Durch eine koloskopische Inversion in der Ampulla recti läßt sich die innere Öffnung des Analkanals direkt inspizieren. Damit ist eine der letzten “blinden Zonen” der Fiberendoskopie des Verdauungstrakts beseitigt.
