Summary

Ligaments in the gastrointestinal tract are a rare disorder. There are several reports on so-called double pylorus with duodeno-gastric band in the recent literature. A case is presented where a duodenal band was diagnosed during endoscopy and successfully treated without complications by duodenoscopic electro-transsection.

Zusammenfassung

Bänder im Gastrointestinaltrakt sind eine Rarität. Über einen Doppelpylorus bei duodenogastralem Band wurde wiederholt berichtet. Im folgenden Fall konnten wir erstmals ein duodenales Band endoskopisch feststellen, die duodenoskopische Elektrotranssektion des Bandes war komplikationslos.
