Zusammenfassung

Das Risiko des Hochfrequenzstromes bei der transabdominalen (per pelviscopiam) und transvaginalen (per colpotomiam) Eileitersterilisation schließt eine selbstheizende Koagulationszange aus. Die Greifer für den Eileiter sind elektronisch nach Zeit und Heizleistung gesteuert. Der Koagulationsprozeß wird akustisch angezeigt. Die Tube wird automatisch durchtrennt. Es entstehen keine Verbrennungen außerhalb des Bereiches der Greifer. Die Zange dient auch anderen Koagulationseingriffen (z. B. Bridendurchtrennung usw.).

The risk of the high frequency current for the transabdominal or transvaginal sterilization of the tube via pelviscopiam or colpocoeliotomiam is excluded through a new selfheating coagulation-forceps. The branches for the tube are controlled for time and intensity at the heat electronically. The tube will be divided automatically. The proceeding of the coagulation will be indicated acustically. No burning exists outside of the forceps. This forceps can be used also for other coagulation problems (e.g. dissection of adhesions etc.).
