Aneurysma dissecans der Aorta bei einem 14jährigen Jungen

Die Verfasser berichten über einen Fall von dissezierendem Aortenaneurysma bei einem 14jährigen Jungen. Ursache des Aneurysmas war eine Intimaläsion im thorakalen Bereich der Aorta, deren Ätiologie nicht geklärt werden konnte. Die Verfasser vertreten die Ansicht, daß es sich um eine geringfügige idiopathische Medianekrose handelte. Die Durchführung eines Re-entry-Verfahrens mißlang auf Grund zahlreicher Komplikationen.

Summary

A case of dissecting aneurysm of the aorta is described in a 14 year old boy. The aneurysm was caused by a lesion of the intima in the thoracic region of the aorta. The aetiology was not clear. The author is of the opinion that it was due to a slight idiopathic medial necrosis. A re-entry operation was unsuccessful because of numerous complications.

Communication d'un cas d'un anévrisme disséquant de l'aorte chez un jeune homme de 14 ans. L'anévrisme avait été produit par une lésion de l'intima dans le segment thoracique de l'aorte. L'étiologie n'a pas pu être précisée. Les auteurs pensent qu'il s'agissait d'une nécrose idiopathique peu importante de la média. L'exécution d'une resection de l'anévrisme échoua en raison de multiples complications.
