Zusammenfassung
Ein 16 Jahre alt gewordener Junge litt seit seiner frühen Kindheit unter Hämoptysen.
Er verstarb an einer massiven Hämoptoe, nachdem einige Tage vorher eine pulsierende
Blutung im Bereich der Carina durch Koagulation gestillt worden war. Die Obduktion
ergab als Todesursache eine diffuse Blutaspiration. Zur Blutung war es durch Arrosion
eines arteriellen Gefäßes gekommen, das bei einem ausgedehnten Rankenangiom im Carina-
und Hauptbronchusbereich bis unter die Bronchusschleimhaut vorgewachsen war.
Summary
A 16 year old boy who had had bouts of haemoptyssi since early childhood is reported.
He died following a massive haemoptysis a few days after arrest of a pulsating bleeding
by coagulation in the region of the carina. Post mortem examination showed that death
had been due to diffuse aspiration of blood. Bleeding had been caused by erosion of
an artery connected with an extensive cirsoid angioma of the region of the carina
and main bronchus which had protruded below the bronchial mucosa.
Résumé
Observation d'un jeune homme qui souffrit d'hémoptysie depuis sa tendre enfance. Il
mourut à l'âge de 16 ans d'une hémoptysie massive alors qu'une coagulation avait permis
d'arrêter une hémorragie pulsante à la bifurcation de la trachée quelques jours avant
le décès. L'autopsie révéla que la mort avait été due à une aspiration diffuse de
sang. L'hémorragie provenait d'une érosion d'une artère qui résultait du développement
d'un angiome racémeux très étendu de la région de la bifurcation et de la bronche
principale en refoulant la muqueuse de la bronche.
