Histiozytom – histiozytäres Granulom der Lunge?

Zusammenfassung

Der in einer resezierten Lunge gefundene Tumor wird histologisch als echter gutartiger Tumor, als Histiozytom, charakterisiert und den histiozytären Granulomen gegenübergestellt. Die retikulozytogene Tumormatrix erfordert die Aufstellung einer zusätzlichen vierten Gruppe retikulärer Proliferationen, die nach LENNERT (1964) von den Retikulosen im engeren Sinne abzutrennen ist.

Summary

The tumour found in a resected lung was characterized as a histiocytoma which is a true benign tumour. It was compared with a histiocytotic granuloma. The reticulocytogenous matrix of the tumour warrants the addition of a 4th group of reticular proliferations which according to LENNERT (1946) should be separated from the reticuloses.

Une tumeur découverte dans un poumon réséqué se révéla être une véritable tumeur bénigne: un histiocytome typique, qu'il faut distinguer des granulomes à histiocytes. La matrice de la tumeur formée de cellules du réticulum nécessite la création d'un 4e groupe de prolifération de cellules du système réticulo-endothélial, qu'il faut différencier d'après LENNERT (1964) des réticuloses proprement dites.
