Abstract

Resistance–tests of human primary tissue–cultures were operated with the new podophyllotoxin derivative VM 26 after the method of Limburg and K r a h e. 226 cultures, mainly cancer of female genitals, yielded direct effect on the tumor cell proliferation of 51,3 % in concentration of 1,0 and 10,0 μg/cc nutrient broth.
