Abstract
There are two methods to asses the results of the examinations of cytostatic drugs in man: in vivo and in vitro. On grounds of animal experiments, the organ system which is expected to have the first toxic manifestation must be known. The first patient can be dealed only with one dose grade, which is 10 % of the minimum toxic dose in animal experiment, and the second can be administrated after a long discontinuation of medication.
