GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY OF TROPANE ALKALOIDS

Abstract

The gas–liquid chromatography of tropane alkaloids using several polar and non–polar stationary phases has been studied. The effects of variation of both the proportion of stationary phase and of different solid supports on the resolution have been evaluated. The application of this analytical technique in the assay of tropane alkaloids has been described.

Zusammenfassung

Die GLC von Tropanalkaloiden an verschiedenen polaren und nichtpolaren Stationärphasen wurde untersucht. Die Beeinflussung der Ergebnisse durch verschiedenartige Zusammensetzung der stationären Phase und durch verschiedene Trägermaterialien wurde geklärt. Die Anwendung dieser Analysentechnik für die Untersuchung der Tropanalkaloide wird beschrieben.
