Abstract

The essential oil of leaf material from Calycanthus floridus L. was examined as part of a chemotaxonomic study of the Magnoliidae. Thirty–four of the thirty–eight compounds isolated were identified by means of gas–liquid chromatography, infrared spectrometry or both.

Zusammenfassung

Aus dem Blattöl von Calycanthus floridus wurden 38 Komponenten isoliert, von denen 34 mittels GLC oder IR–Spektrometrie oder beides identifiziert werden konnten.
