Summary
A study of the oil of fennel produced from the Indian fennel cultivated experimentally in Eastern Nigeria showed that this oil does not contain fenchone but contains about 86 % of anethole. A number of physical constants were also determined for the oil.

Aus Indien stammender, in Nigeria kultivierter Fenchel enthielt kein Fenchon, sondern ca. 86 % Anethol.
