Zusammenfassung

Zur Verkürzung der Perfusionszeit mit der Herz-Lungen-Maschine und zur Vereinfachung der Implantation einer Starr-Edwards-Prothese wurde ein besonderes Gerät entwickelt und dessen Anwendung beschrieben.

Summary

In order to shorten the duration of the perfusion in heartlung bypass and to simplify the implantation of the Starr-Edwards prosthesis a special apparatus was developed, the use of which is described in this paper.

Afin de raccourcir le temps de perfusion lors de l'emploi d'un coeur poumon artificiel et afin de simplifier l'implantation de la prothèse Starr-Edwards nous utilisons un appareil spécial que nous décrivons.
