Zusammenfassung

Trotz intensiver Zusammenarbeit einer Reihe auf dem Gebiet des Bronchuskarzinoms führender Pathologen und Kliniker war es nicht möglich, eine auch nur annähernd brauchbare Übereinstimmung in der histologischen Klassifizierung zu erreichen. Es bleibt daher nach wie vor die Vergleichbarkeit verschiedener Therapiekombinationen ein unerfüllbarer Wunschtraum der Kliniker.

Summary

In spite of intensive co-operation, a group of pathologists and clinicians who are specialists in the field of bronchocarcinoma were unable to agree on a usable histological classification. The comparability of different combinations of therapy, therefore, remains an unfulfilled dream of the clinician.

Résumé

Malgré un travail intensif en commun des cliniciens et des pathologistes à propos du carcinome bronchique nous ne sommes pas parvenus à établir une classification histologique valable même approximativement. Il nous reste donc un désir irréalisable et maintenant comme avant nous comparons d'aprés les différentes thérapeutiques.
