Lungenstecksplitter

Zusammenfassung

Es wird der Spätverlauf der Lungenstecksplitterverletzung auf Grund von Erfahrungen bei 106 Patienten dargestellt. Symptomatologie, pathologisch-anatomische Befunde am Splitterbett und der Lunge sowie die geübten Operationsverfahren werden tabellarisch angeführt. Die Operationsmethoden Pneumotomie und Resektion werden in Abhängigkeit zu den pathologisch-anatomischen Veränderungen am Splitterbett und dessen Umgebung gebracht. Der Anwendungsbereich beider Operationsverfahren kann damit sinnvoll abgegrenzt werden.

Summary

The long-term results of operative treatment of penetrating splinter injuries of the lungs are described on the basis of experience with 106 patients. Symptomatology, pathological – anatomical findings at the site of the splinters and of the surrounding lung tissue, as well as the operations performed are tabulated. The operative methods used, pneumotomy and resection, are related to the pathological – anatomical changes found. The use for both operations is thus indicated.

Etude de l'évolution tardive des traumatismes pulmonaires produits par des fragments incrustés en tenant compte de l'étude de 106 malades. Les symptômes, l'image anatomo-pathologique de la région ou se trouvent les fragments et les techniques opératoires habituelles sont exposés par des tabelles. Les techniques opératoires, pneumotomies et résections, sont exposées en tenant compte des modifications anatomo-pathologiques de la région ou les fragments sont incrustes ainsi que des altérations du voisinage. L'indication de la technique opératoire à choisir peut-être ainsi posée avec justesse.
