Zusammenfassung
Zusammenfassend ist zu sagen, daß das Risiko der chirurgischen Behandlung des partiellen AV-Kanals mit der zunehmenden Erfahrung deutlich geringer geworden ist. Die Ergebnisse sind nach Beseitigung des Shunts und Korrektur der Mitralklappe gut. Auch bei der postoperativ nachgewiesenen, klinisch aber nicht bedeutsamen Mitralinsuffizienz haben wir im bisherigen Nachbeobachtungszeitraum bis zu über 8 Jahren keine Progredienz feststellen können.
Summary
Increased experience has considerably reduced the risk of surgical intervention in partial A-V canal. Results are good following elimination of the shunt and correction of the mitral valve. No increase in the mitral insufficiency which can be detected postoperatively but which is not of clinical importance could be found during the 8-year followup period.
Résumé
En résumé il est possible de prétendre que les risques du traitement chirurgical du canal atrio-ventriculaire partiel diminuent avec les expériences acquises. Les résultats sont bons après la suppression du shunt et la correction de la valvule mitrale. L'auteur a pu constater dans les insuffisances mitrales postopératoires dont l'image clinique est discrète, qu'il n'y avait aucune péjoration au cours des contrôles effectués régulièrement depuis plus de huit ans.
