Ruptur des linken Hauptbronchus und der Arteria pulmonalis infolge subkutaner Thoraxverletzung

Zusammenfassung

Es wird eine durch Pneumonektomie erfolgreich behandelte Ruptur des Bronchus und der Lungenarterie, als Folge einer stumpfen Gewalteinwirkung, beschrieben. Nach etwa einem halben Jahr auftretende Beschwerden im Sinne von Atemnot und Zyanose waren auf eine erhebliche Linksverlagerung des Herzens zurückzuführen und konnten durch eine Thorakoplastik beseitigt werden.

Report of successful treatment by pneumonectomy of rupture of the left main bronchus and left pulmonary artery due to blunt trauma to the chest. Six months later the marked displacement to the left of the heart resulted in dyspnoea and cyanosis. Thoracoplastic eliminated both these symptoms.

Résumé

Suite à un traumatisme thoracique avec rupture de bronche et d'artère nous avons pratiqué avec succès une pneumectomie. Après six mois apparaient des troubles de détresse respiratoire et de cyanose, suite à un considérable déplacement du coeur vers la gauche. Nous y avons remédié par une thoracoplastie.
