Zusammenfassung

Es werden 6 Fälle von Anomalien am Koronargefäßsystem beschrieben. Diagnostik und Behandlungsmethoden sind diskutiert. Um die aus hämodynamischen Gründen drohenden Gefahren einer vorzeitigen sklerotischen Koronarerkrankung zu verhüten, wird eine frühzeitige operative Korrektur empfohlen.

Summary

Six cases of anomalies of the coronary arteries are described and diagnostic as well as therapeutic procedures are discussed. To avoid the imminent danger of premature atherosclerotic coronary disease caused by hemodynamic changes, early operative correction is recommended.

Il s'agit de 6 cas d'anomalies des vaisseaux coronariens. Le diagnostic et les méthodes de traitement sont discutés.
