Der symptomatische Chylothorax¹

Zusammenfassung

Bericht über zwei Erkrankungen mit symptomatischem Chylothorax, die sich hinsichtlich der Pathogenese unterscheiden. Bei der einen Patientin wurde durch doppelseitige Thorakotomie und Unterbindung des Ductus thoracicus beziehungsweise Resektion der veränderten Anteile desselben die Heilung erzielt. Der Chylothorax der zweiten Patientin resorbierte sich nach der Strumektomie spontan.

Summary

Report of two patients with spontaneous Chylothorax, different in pathogenesis. In both cases operative treatment was successful. Bilateral thoracotomy was performed in the first patient. Cure followed epiphrenal ligation of thoracic duct on the right side and partial resection of the pathological parts of the thoracic duct on the right and the left side. After strumectomy the Chylothorax on the right side of the second patient came to resorption 10 months after operation.

Résumé

Il s'agit d'une communication à propos de deux malades avec chylothorax spontané. La pathogénie en est différente. Chez la premiere on effectua une thoracotomie bilatérale, une ligature du ductus thoracique d'un côté et sa résection de l'autre. Ceci amena la guérison. Le chylothorax de la deuxiéme patiente se résorba spontanément aprés une strumectomie.
