Über die Erfahrungen bei unseren experimentellen Herzrevaskularisationsoperationen

Zusammenfassung

An Hunden wurden nach Revaskularisationsoperationen zur Bewertung des künstlichen „Herzschutzes“ Ligaturinfarktteste angewandt.

Bei dem Deszendensligaturtest verminderte sich die Mortalität gegenüber der Kontrollgruppe auf die Hälfte, während beim Circumflexus-Ligaturtest die Schutzwirkung ausbleibt und hinsichtlich der Mortalität keine Veränderung eintritt. Die Beurteilung des Revaskularisationseffektes durch Ligaturteste ist unbefriedigend.

Es scheint daher besonders vordringlich, geeignete Methoden zu finden, um die Wirksamkeit solcher Operationen sicher beurteilen zu können.

Summary

Ligation of the coronary arteries was performed in dogs in order to evaluate the efficacy of revascularizing procedures carried out previously.

After ligation of the descending branch of the left coronary artery the mortality was only 50% of that in the control group, while was no difference in mortality after ligation of the circumflex branch. It is concluded that coronary artery ligation is no reliable procedure for the evaluation of revascularizing operations, and a strong plea is made to develop more suitable methods.

Résumé

Après l'opération de revascularisation, on entreprit le test de ligature chez des chiens pour évaluer la protection artificielle de cette opération.

La mortalité de ceux qui ont subi le test de ligature du rameau descendant diminue de moitié après l'opération de revascularisation. La ligature de la circonflexe n'apporte pas plus de protection et la mortalité est la même. L'effet de la revascularisation par les tests de ligature ne donne pas satisfaction.

Il importe de trouver des méthodes appropiées pour juger à coup sùr de l'efficacité de telles opérations.
