Das seltene Krankheitsbild der Ösophago-Trachealfistel nach stumpfem Thoraxtrauma wurde an Hand einer eigenen Beobachtung demonstriert und die Symptomatologie, Diagnostik und Therapie diskutiert. Weitere 16 Beobachtungen aus dem Schrifttum sind in einer Tabelle zusammenfassend dargestellt.

Summary

The rare condition of oesophageo-tracheal fistula subsequent to blunt trauma to the chest is demonstrated based on a case of the authors, and symptomatology, diagnosis and therapy are discussed. Sixteen more cases from the literature are summarily reviewed in a table.

Nous avons observé l'image pathologique et rare de la fistule oesophago-trachéale après un traumatisme violent du thorax, et avons discuté la Symptomatologie, le diagnostic et la thérapeutique de ce cas. En plus, nous avons interprété et résumé, par un tableau, 16 observations décrites dans la littérature.
