Zusammenfassung
Zell- und Kernpolymorphie sowie Mitosenreichtum von entzündlich gereizten und auch ruhenden Deckepithelien der Pleura erschweren eine Tumordiagnostik. Bei einer Auswertung von 200 Pleuraexsudaten werden in der Paraffineinbettung nur 3% falsch positive Ergebnisse gefunden. Kernflächenmessungen von Tumorzellen bei Pleuramesotheliom und Karzinosen ergeben 2 Kulminationspunkte beim Mesotheliom und ein Hauptkollektiv bei den Karzinosen. Einige weitere Unterscheidungscharakteristika werden angeführt.
Summary
Cell and nuclear polymorphism as mitosis abundance of inflammatory irritated and also reposing cover epithels of the pleura make the tumour diagnosis more difficult. The evaluation of 200 pleura exsudates were found in the paraffin prepared material only 3% false positive results. Nuclear area measurement of tumour cells in the Pleuramesotheliom and in the carcinosis there are 2 culmination points in the case of mesotheliom and a main collective in the cases of carcinosis. Some another discerning characteristics are mentioned.
