Anastomosen-Aneurysmen nach Dacron-Graft im aortoiliakalen Bereich und deren chirurgische Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

Fünfundvierzig Anastomosen-Aneurysmen als typische Spätkomplikation nach Graftersatz im aorto-iliakalen Bereich wurden bei 22 Patienten beobachtet. Die chirurgische Behandlung und mögliche Ursachen in der Ausbildung der Aneurysmen, wie Nahtmaterial, lokale Endarteriektomie und fortschreitende Gefäßwanddegeneration werden diskutiert.

Summary

False aneurysms become typical late complications after aortoiliac reconstructive surgery with synthetic grafts. Twenty-two patients with 45 false aneurysms have been seen and treated in this hospital.

Failure of the suture material as well as degeneration of the host vessels at the site of aneurysms and increased friability after local endarterectomy as possible causes are discussed.
