Bei 294 femoropoplitealen Venentransplantationen traten 32 Früh- und 43 Spätverschlüsse auf. Fehlbeurteilung der Strombahn und technische Fehler waren die häufigsten Ursachen für die Frühintervention. Die Operationsmortalität betrug 0%. 87% der Frühverschlüsse konnten erfolgreich reoperiert werden.
Progression der Arteriosklerose und Restenosen in der rekonstruierten Strombahn waren die häufigsten Ursachen für den Spätverschluß. Verschiedene Rekonstruktionsmöglichkeiten werden beschrieben. 72% der Spätverschlüsse konnten direkt rekonstruiert und 16,2% durch Profundaplastik gebessert werden.
Summary
In 294 femoropopliteal vein bypass transplantations 32 immediate and 43 late failures occurred. Inadequate out- or inflow and technical errors were the most common cause of early reintervention. Mortality rate was 0%. 87% of early occlusions were successfully reoperated.
Progression of arteriosclerotic disease and restenosis in the arterial reconstruction itself were the most common cause of late reintervention. Alternative methods of reconstruction are presented. 72% of the late failures were improved by direct reconstruction and 16,2% by profundarevascularisation.
