Zusammenfassung

Ein basisnahes Aneurysma des linken Ventrikels mit intermittierendem Verschluß eines Astes der linken Koronararterie wurde bei einem 26jährigen Mann nach einem stumpfen Thoraxtrauma erfolgreich reseziert.

Summary

An aneurysm of the left ventricle near the base of the heart with intermittent occlusion of a branch of the left coronary artery was successfully resected in a twenty-six year old man after a blunt thoracic trauma.
