Zusammenfassung

Bei einem zehnjährigen Patienten mit Hypothyreose und Minderwuchs konnte die Diagnose eines kompletten Mangels an TRH und GRF und einer inkompletten Sekretionsinsuffizienz für CRF gestellt werden. Die Ursache der Störung ist unbekannt.

Summary

In a 10-year-old patient with hypothyroidism and dwarfism the diagnosis of complete lack of TRH and GRF and a subtotal secretion defect of CRF could be made. The cause of the disturbance remains unknown.
