Perorale fiberendoskopische Entfernung von Choledochussteinen

Zusammenfassung

Mit dem Fiberduodenoskop wurde bei einem Patienten ein Choledochuskonkrement von 8 mm Durchmesser durch die Papilla Vateri und bei einem zweiten Patienten ein 3 cm langes Konkrement mit einem Durchmesser von 1 cm durch eine Choledochoduodenostomie ambulant entfernt. Die endoskopische Therapie von Choledochuskonkrementen ist damit grundsätzlich möglich. Über die Erfolgsquote kann gegenwärtig noch keine Aussage gemacht werden.

Summary

Using the fibreduodenoscope in an out-patient procedure an 8 mm stone was removed from the common bile duct via the papilla of Vater. In a second patient a stone 3 cm long with a diameter of 1 cm was removed via a choledochoduodenostomy. Thus the endoscopic removal of choledochal stones has been shown to be possible. One cannot yet make any statement as, to the rate of success.
